Message From The President

I would like to say congratulations to all our members that attended the CBN qualifier at Sam Rayburn, Texas. We had a great showing for a new club and placed 2nd overall for the traveling trophy. We were only 6 pounds from bringing home the hardware.

The following members will be going to divisionals next year.

Dave Napier/Boater

Dave Withee/Boater

Ron Giebel/Boater

Mark Lomenick/Co-angler

Jason Gasper/Co-angler

Dick Riddler /Co-angler first alternate

Second I want to say thanks to the guys and gals who attended the first SCBM tournament at Pueblo today. Conditions were not the best with cold, rain and a little snow.

We had 7 boats brave the conditions and still managed to catch some limits.

On the boater side:

1st Dave Withee with 9.01

2nd Ron Giebel with 7.10

3rd Paul Lampron with 5.06

On the Co-angler side:

1st Brandon Cosselman with 6.15

2nd Dick Riddler with 5.09

3rd Joseph Hill with 5.04

Big bass on the Boater side goes to Dave Withee at 2.14 and Ronald Price on the Co-angler side with a 2.03

If you plan on finishing the TBF qualifier make sure you sign up by April 30th and send the checks to SCBM so we can send one check to Colorado TBF. Tournament will be at Ute Lake,  New Mexico on May 16th to the 19th. Sign up paperwork should be on the TBF website, and there is a form download on our website under the Tournament Schedule / TBF  Schedule.

Thanks and hope to see you at the next tournament.

Ron Giebel, President SCBM
